Last year’s Cortech Open Innovation Events [COIE’s] proved to be a big success with a wide range of consultants and end users.   These CPD accredited events  provide a showcase for some of the latest advances in security, fire and building control technology and a platform for demonstrating how interoperability between these systems can reduce costs and risk, improve operational efficiency and provide greater situation awareness.

The breakdown of visitors for the 5 events included end users 57%, consultants 25%, main contractors 12% and other 6%

End user visitors by vertical sector included Healthcare 22%, Education 18%, Stadia/Arenas 12%, Secure Hospitals 8%, shopping centres 7%, Police 5%, Councils 5%, Manufacturing 4%, Finance/Banking 3%, Museums 3%, Chemicals 3% and other 10%.
