Downtime can leave you vulnerable

When a fault arises it is often difficult to determine the root cause; is it the software, hardware or the communications infrastructure? Some faults may be intermittent and gradual rather than catastrophic and this can impact on system performance, operator confidence in the system and also result in costly call outs and repairs. Our Support Agreement will provide you with in house resources and expertise to assist you over the telephone, with remote diagnosis / repairs and on site assistance for a quick and effective repair. 

Updates & Upgrades 

Our Support Agreement provides our customers with minor version updates completely free of charge. Customers with Support Agreements are also offered substantial discount when it comes to major version upgrades.
