Operator Training

Operator training is a key component for any Organisation deploying an integrated building, fire & security management solution for their organisation. In fact the operator is the single most important element within the control room responsible for reacting to incidents and for pro-active monitoring & control.

The day is intended to be fun, practical and beneficial, with the primary purpose of thoroughly preparing all of the Operators for the deployment and operation of Datalog within their control room.

The training provides an insight into the key functionality of Datalog, enabling Operators to get hands on experience of the system and familiarise themselves with the processes involved in monitoring, control and responding to alarms and events. Areas covered include alarm event handling, multi-disciplined on screen control, response, incident management, reporting and early recognition of issues.
