Support Agreement

In the majority of cases, problems are not usually catastrophic but gradual and can be both disruptive and costly. Our support contract will provide cost effective and guaranteed priority response to any potential problem that may occur.

  • All software enhancements are free of charge to the latest minor revision. Maps and database changes (post installation) are subject to a 10% discount over the standard database modification changes based on a minimum order value of £50.   
     
  • 20% discount for software additions to the system e.g. an extra software interface driver. 
     
  • 40% discount on major revisions or software upgrades e.g. upgrading from Datalog 3 to Datalog 4.   
     
  • Guaranteed next working day response for technical support. 
     
  • Our modem support enables us to respond to your support needs quickly and efficiently.

Supporting You...

With every installation of Datalog 4 we offer product training to end users and installers alike. This is supported by user manuals and documentation.

We offer three types of training:

  • On-site end user administrator / operator training.
  • Installer, manufacturer and consultant training at Cortech’s offices in Thelwall.
  • Training visits to installers, manufacturers and consultants.

As a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager for an installation company, consultant or manufacturer, having a detailed knowledge of a range of products that can provide solutions for your clients is essential in being able to turn tender proposals into new business.
