Cortech Developments will be demonstrating the latest advancements in their software at Intersec, Dubai from 17-19 January 2010. As part of our presence at the show, Cortech Director Mark Thomas will be undertaking a presentation to delegates at the Commercial Security Forum on Monday 18 January from 14.00 – 14.45.
Mark will be discussing the key considerations for investing in an integrated control room management solution. This presentation provides an insight into the planning, preparation, implementation and deployment of an integrated building, fire and security management system, taking into consideration retrofitting to existing systems and the addition of new technologies.

Geutebruck Video Motion Integration Tuesday, December 22, 2009 (261 reads)
Cortech developments are pleased to announce a major development with the integration of its Datalog 4 modular software suite with the Geutebruck VS40 External Video Motion Detection System. Commands sent by the Geutebruck VS-40 will be relayed by the Datalog to the operator.
These messages will take the form of alarms, where an unusual pattern of activity has occurred on a camera connected to the Geutebruck and images displayed, in most cases using pre/post alarm loop display.

Cortech and global technology leader PAC have enjoyed success with the integration of the Datalog and PAC SecureNet at keys sites within the Healthcare, Leisure and Custodial Sectors.
This driver allows Datalog to interface with PAC’s SecureNet™ access control system. Datalog is able to receive alarms for access control events (such as door forced, door held, etc), alarms from general input contacts, lock and unlock SecureNet doors, and activate/deactivate SecureNet output relays.

Cortech are pleased to announce a new integration development with Eyevis, a leading manufacturer and world-wide supplier of high quality visual displays solutions for control rooms.
The development of the new Eyevis driver allows Datalog to communicate with a range of Eyevis video wall controllers.
Operators can use the Datalog PC to change the video wall layout or enable the Datalog PC to change the layout automatically in response to alarms (or return the video wall to another layout when the last alarm has been reset).
